Bought the Syma S107 helicopter,coolest rc helicopter ever.
However i was disapointed with the flight times,and everytime i charge it,flight times grow shorter and shorter.I heard you can replace batteries in the actual helicopter.But i dont understand in that.Can anyone suggest what battery i should get so my flight times will be much longer?cheers

You can replace the helicopter battery with a higher capacity 240mah one, which should give you more flight time out of a single charge. You can purchase spare batteries online for under £10, and replace the battery yourself. Make sure the helicopter is balanced after installing heavier batteries.

AC Adapter for laptop computer…problem
My daughter-in-law has a HP laptop computer. The AC power adapter plug where it plugs into the computer (the little round male plug) has come loose from the wires. I took it to MicroCenter and asked if they could put a new plug on it for me. They told me no and said I would need to buy a whole new AC adapter which is $79.99. so expensive.
Seems to me like the little plug could be replaced without having to spend that much money for a new AC adapter for laptop (Dell Inspiron 4150 ac adapter).
Does anyone have any thoughts or suggestions as to whether the plug could be replaced and wherei might have it done ??

If it’s just loose wires, perhaps it would be an easy fix. The repair could be costly though, depending on if a new plug needs to be ordered. It might be just as easy to go with a new adapter.
Try look for the same connector at the local electric component store or found similar adapter(Dell Inspiron 3800 ac adapter) and cut a part of the power cord with the adapter and connect the power cord together on your adapter.
But for some laptop, making sure the polarity is very important, otherwise the laptop may behave strangely or got the power card onboard shorted.

Can someone please explain whether the controller and helicopter should be turned on or off to charge, also what does the charge light do (is it supposed to turn on when charging?)
It needs to be off to charge. The newest ones with the extra rotors in the package does indicate that there is a charging indicator light. I think this is saying that it does indeed light when charging.
That is if it is the 3.7v 65mah battery and the Hughes 300 Fairy Mini RC Electric .

Is the Syma S010 Vision Micro RC Helicopter good?
I am thinking of buying a Syma S010 Vision Micro RC Helicopter but I want a few people’s opinions. Does the battery on this heli last a long time or does it just burn out after a few months? Is it durable? Does it hover and maneuver forward/backwards/left/right okay? Is there a better heli for the price that you would recommend? Any answers are appreciated! Thanks
horrible! DO NOT GET IT! The helicopter flies for about 6 minutes, the motor burned, but then I replaced it, then the battery burst and the helicopter was in flames. Maneuvers were HORRIBLE!
Get the Air Hogs Reflex. It is a 3 channel helicopter as well, and it flies way better.
