Well since you have had On road cars before, have you ever done Nitro fuelled ones before. I would suggest the Associated line of cars, I’m Biased (All but 2 of my 6 vehicles are from Associated). The TC4 is good as is their Electric version of it.
Always go with a known R/C manufacturer there is less chance of it going out of business and more chance the local hobby store will have parts.
