The sceleton is made of stronger 3mm layerwood, and the hull is made out of balsawood, you get in hobbystores for example

What kind of wood is that boat build of?

A beautiful boat. Great work as these are my favorite styles.
was this balsa wood or what im doing this thing in school i would need a heads up ty
you draw the shapes on a piece of paper, on the size u want them, fold it in half, then draw the shape u want as a frame. the back frame. Then, cut it out, fold it out, and you have an exact shape of the back. then draw it on the wood, cut it out, and thats the first piece already. I recon u use 5 mm balsa for the frame, and 1,5 mm for the outside plating. coat it with Epoxy and fibreglass.
yes, I built my first boat completly scratch, too but you have to think about how you do all the shapes and so on, if you make a plan before it is easier to get the shapes as you want them. Could you make a video of yours, too? I would like to see how you do this, tanks
