    Thanks :D
By coating i meant the white enamel/paint. I’m into planes and there we use oracover but i was wondering what is the current coverage for the boats folks.

  10. MFCLord says:

hey, try to make a drawing of it, I’m sorry, but I havnt got any other messurements or something else, it was scratch built… Maybe you can make a first model out of carton to get a real picture of it.
You can change everything you want to get the whole shape perfectly.. The messurements in the video are just unexactly taken from the finished thing. It just should be a uncouthly examble how it looks like…. good luck!

  11. MFCLord says:

the “coating” is the balsawood. the rips are made out of stronger wood.. and it is painted with white acryl-resin paint.

  12. TUDIOKVK says:

Hi, i am tryingto build this boat but there are some measurments missing, could u link me blueprints or something so i can continue building

  13. 8RR8R8 says:

Very pretty and elaborate shape! Is it balsa wood? And what is the coating over it?

  14. MFCLord says:

hi, I built it at first to get a good steering and a straight driving but I had to remove it, because it wasnt good to control, it drove too big curves…
you should make just a little fin under it…
and I think it should be possible with fibre glass, or didnt I get the question? and a nitro engine.. maybe you can build it bigger than I did..

  15. xgouldiex says:

alrite mate hope you can help this well be my first rc boat, on this vid at about 1min 40 sec you see the bottom of the boat and i noticed on the back half of the bottom there is a channel in the middle or is it the pic and if it is a channel how does the measurements work on this. and i kno people have asked you about scaling it down but is it ok to scale up as i wont to fibreglass inside this hull and then fit to nitro engines as nitro is more my thing thank you and hope you can help

  16. Etwmusa says:

did you put something else on the wood?

  17. MFCLord says:

the whole thing is about 75 cm long, 16 cm wide and 7 high.

  18. TheYamahaR125 says:

hiya MFCLord, i was just wondering, what are the actul dimension for the boat you have built, so i can have a rough sketch of what you have built, thank you :D

  19. MFCLord says:

hey,… i dont know if the hull wont be too deep in water because of the weight.. you should try it with any other thing with ca. the same size to compare it.

  20. Leafsbro35 says:

yo hi mfclord i have some balsa wood so can i make a smaller version with the same motor and battery like you said its 75cm long can i make it 37.5 cm long.

  21. ivanskye says:
