i cant decide between tubigrip or compression stockings, help?
iam in mma and was told by my instructor to either get tubigrip or compression pants/stockings like under armour along with my venom mma shorts.
he said it would help with rashburns & improve my submission lock-ins.
if yes on tubigrip what size? iam 5’11 171lbs
try both and see what works better for you
