How should I handle my female boss?
Girls in work suck up to the boss in work and have formed there own little flock. They are supposed to work for me, but roll their eyes when asked to do something, and passive agressively bark orders at me followed up by a perfectly bitchy smile. Normally i am cool and polite but I have lost it once, and they turned their boss ‘friend’ and started gossiping.
In turn she lays down her authority, picking faults out in my work where she can. I need an antidote to the venom!
Flirting works well but I am done faking it!
Politeness I get walked on.
Confrontation, i get denial.
Man i deal with the same thing at my work. i am the only guy out of like 30 employees. So my advice is to try and do the same thing to them. Turn ur coworkers in for anything they have done wrong to try and to get in with ur boss. Suck up…. It does work i know Its not a cool thing to do but it does work!! So yeah try that. Hope that gives you so help!!
