Here are some codes to unlock some sidekicks. Enter while in the Helicarrier between levels. Use the D-Pad enter.
Left, Down, Right, Right, Down, Left Unlock Green Goblin
Right, Right Right, Up, Down, Left Unlock Sandman
Left, Left, Right, Up, Down, Down Unlock Venom
Also to unlock Carnage you need to Play through Co-op mode
