i can”t remove symantec from controll panel add/remove wat shud i do?
on running norton removal tool, it says that symantec is still on controll panel add/remove but i can’t remove it from there nor delete it from hd help me….
What I feel the better option is to use a uninstaller which can delete all the registry entries as well while removing that application. May be because of leftover registry entries this thing is happening to you.

Download this Revo uninstallaer and try to uninstall your applications through this. This might resolve your problem. Ccleaner is also a good utility.
