you could fiberglass ,but its a pain.
Just get some epoxy glue or better ‘jb weld ” and use that , it sticks better.
Or google ” how to repair fiberglass” to learn all about it.
There is no other way. Sorry.
Glue a pice of watertight selant.
Try Marintex
Epoxy will get you going on the water again…
