I purchased a number of the boats, though I have placed my own controls in each of the boats. I feel that I have upgraded the boats to a level that is suitable for the Canadian market, without embarrassment! I would be willing to purchase more, though I would only purchase the shells with motors, without the controllers, and electronics. I installed two 9.6 packs, one in each of the pontoons, and two HL electronic speed controls. People are very interested in the product, and I am thinking of releasing the the blue prints to our Better Business Bureau Of Ontario. If you would to be part of the project, please let me know.

This was a gift to my 11 year old from his grandparents. He picked it out, was very excited when it arrived, assembled himself. I didnt supervise as he’s quite handy. He played with it in our large pool for awhile then couldn’t get it going again. Its sitting taken apart in the back yard as he’s discouraged. Maybe its fragile or needs adult supervision but not a good toy for an 11 yr old.

Very disappointed bought a rc boat ( NQD757-069 )radio control speed boat the boat isover 2 feet long (beam hull:27.5 in long 14in wide shipping weight:10 Lbs ?= receved the boat today was only 17.1/4in long and 9.5 in wide PS I’m woundering if you sent me the right BOAT ? I thought I was getting A nice BOAT.

Unfortunately it is slow for a hydro model it is heavy and large and needs a much larger capacity battery than the one that comes with the set. 3000ma NmHi or bigger. Probably could get away with 8.4 volts too. The graphics are toy like and with some effort come off for a more scale look. For the RC kit basher there is room to add in more powerful brushless motors and lots of batteries and hobby grade RC gear.
Easy to install proboat rudder and octura metal surface drive props and Lipo battery too. For 50.00 to 70.00 it is a fair deal on an entry level scale race boat. The smaller one by NDQ like this boat only 18″ long appears to be a faster stock setup.
Liked the boat just needed more top speed to excite me.
